In 2001, Tom joined CCO staff to work cooperatively with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) at three different schools: Grove City College, Westminster College and Slippery Rock University. In 2004, he became Area Director for Northwest Pennsylvania, supervising staff and developing new positions. In June 2006, Tom added the responsibilities of overseeing the CCO’s entire Central Region.

“I enjoy working for the CCO because we are an organization that desires always to get better in transforming college students to transform the world ,” Tom says. “We understand what it means to help college students engage the culture in which they live. I really enjoy college ministry because I love that students are searching for their identity and what they are going to do with their lives.”
