Pittsburgh Zoo and PPG Aquarium
Celebrating Pittsburgh is something Pittsburghers like to do. After all, we are one of the best places to live in the United States. On top of that wonderful distinction, we also are celebrating our 250th birthday this year, which makes the ’Burgh even more special.
What better way to showcase our city than to participate in a walk for racial harmony? It’s a productive way to say to the rest of America that we are proud of our diversity and cherish it.
You can be a part of this walk on Saturday, October 11, at the Pittsburgh Zoo and PPG Aquarium. The CCO and the Women of Pittsburgh 2000 are partnering together again to host this event. Bring your children, grandparents, aunts, uncles, moms, dads, and friends along so that we can unite to make Pittsburgh an even better place to live.
Be there at 8:00 a.m., ready for harmony, camaraderie, entertainment, treats and animals. It just doesn’t get better than this.
