What better way for you to connect with college students than by living and working among them? We have staff working directly for colleges in a variety of capacities—as residence hall directors, Chaplain’s assistants, service learning coordinators, student activities directors, assistant coaches, outdoor leadership program directors—mostly at small private colleges and in entry-level student development positions.
These strategic positions provide the opportunity for you to build trusting relationships with students. They also offer you many opportunities to model for students how to pursue a vocation with integrity and professionalism. Even as you pursue students and challenge them with the claims of the Gospel, you can provide them with a welcoming, safe space to ask questions and pursue truth. Within this context, you will lead Bible studies, discipleship and leadership small groups, large group fellowship meetings, and service and mission trips.
