I joined the CCO at a time when I had no peers working in college ministry. The CCO has become an extended family for me. It is encouraging and refreshing to be able to connect with other campus ministers, colleagues who truly understand what I do and why I do it.
The CCO’s Staff Seminars, two-day training sessions which take place four times a year, are always beneficial and inspirational. The CCO really provides excellent tools and resources for me to do my job successfully. They provide a strong foundation while giving me room to develop my own model of ministry. This works well, because each campus is so different.
Working with college students has been a life-changing experience, and I am grateful to the CCO for giving me such an invaluable opportunity.
